At Parker Thatch, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your handcrafted item isn't quite right, we offer returns and exchanges on full-priced items within 14 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare Your Package
Ensure items are in their original, unused condition with all tags attached, and place them securely in the original shipping box if possible.
Print and Attach Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by the portal and affix it to the outside of your package, covering any previous shipping marks.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your receipt; once received and inspected at our studio, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
